We're so happy to see the photos from this fun Pi Day wedding! Brittany and Scott met in college and may be the nerdiest couple we've had yet (that's a good thing!). These two are so relaxed and down-to-earth and just so goofy; their happiness is infectious. They wanted to make sure everyone, including children, would have a good time. This was our first time at the St. Francis Yacht Club, and it's definitely going on our list for Best View of the Golden Gate Bridge!
Brittany had two jaw-dropping gowns and Scott slipped in as many geeky details as he could. Seriously, her ceremony gown is one of our all time favorites; she looked like a 1940s movie star! From their picture-perfect ceremony in the Palace of Fine Arts Rotunda to their high-energy reception at the St. Francis Yacht club, everyone had a smile permanently on their face. We loved how family was lovingly integrated into every aspect of the day: heirloom thimbles in the boutonnieres from the family tailoring business, the amazing 5-tiered cake baked by the groom's mother, the specialty bow tie ordered from Scotland for grandfather, and the little-seen anniversary dance to celebrate all the long-standing couples there that day.
And they couldn't have a had a more perfect San Francisco weather. Enjoy their ridiculously beautiful day!
